Performance Marketeer

Goal:

Efficiently utilizing digital channels to drive measurable growth in customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and executing digital advertising campaigns
  • Managing budgets and bids on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn
  • Analyzing and reporting on campaign performance and ROI
  • Conducting A/B tests to optimize ad copy and landing pages
  • Implementing retargeting strategies to capture leads
  • Collaborating with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals
  • Utilizing CRM tools to segment and target audiences effectively
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools
  • Implementing growth hacking strategies to boost lead generation

     

    Competencies:

    • Understanding the sales cycle and how to align marketing strategies
    • Seasoned experience in digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
    • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
    • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
    • Ability to conduct A/B testing and analyze results
    • Effective communication skills
