Your new role:
Keeyns is looking for an experienced Tax Technology & Transformation Manager. This position will report to, and closely cooperate with, our Head of US Business Development. He/she will also closely cooperate with our product & development team in our Dutch headquarters and with the Co-Founders (CEO and COO). As a Tax Technology & Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for development and implementation of our technology solutions for the US market. Your role will also involve working closely with the Business Development team and acting as a trusted advisor/expert to Tax Directors and CFOs on the customer side.

✔ Develop and implement a comprehensive tax technology strategy that supports the company’s overall business objectives;
✔ Identify and evaluate emerging tax technology trends and solutions to ensure that our platform remains competitive and innovative;
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, sales) to develop and deliver new tax technology features and functionalities (primarily for the US market);
✔ Oversee the implementation and management of tax technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards;
✔ Provide thought leadership and expertise on tax technology topics to both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field;
✔ Significant experience in international tax advisory services, preferably at a top tax advisory firm;
✔ Strong understanding of tax compliance, reporting, and planning processes;
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders;
✔ Proficiency in tax technology tools and platforms;
✔ Confident self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
