CRM Specialist (Hubspot certified)

Goal:
The CRM Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the HubSpot CRM system to achieve the organization’s sales and marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Bringing our Hubspot CRM alive in our marketing and sales organisation as the one way of work.
  • Develop and execute CRM strategies, including lead nurturing and marketing automation.
  • Analyze CRM data, build dashboards and report on KPIs.
  • Train and support users in using HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize CRM effectiveness.
  • Setting up workflows, sequences, pipelines, and lead scoring.
  • Manage user accounts and access rights.

Required Skills:

  • Experience with HubSpot.
  • Excellent knowledge of sales and marketing processes.
  • Analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with HubSpot Academy certifications.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation.
  • Experience with data analysis tools.
  • Ability to write SQL queries.
