Dossier overview đī¸
We heard your feedback about the dossier overview. You use this overview a lot to determine the work to be done and the old overview was a bit too cluttered. We’ve reduced the amount of data regarding deadlines and we think this will make things a lot more readable. Besides that, we’re also taking a different approach to sorting the overview; no longer from newest to oldest but from most urgent to least urgent. We hope these changes will make it more easy for you to find what you’re looking for!
Knowledge base âšī¸
Our new Customer Success Manager, Megan, has created a brand new knowledge base! This is a part of our efforts to provide you with better tools to help yourself when you get stuck. We’re only just getting started so expect more content to be added the knowledge base over time. Have concrete needs for knowledge articles? Please let us know.
đĒ˛ Bugs and fixes
- For a while, it wasn’t possible to add new configurations to a registration. Luckily it didn’t have significant impact for any of our users and the team was able to solve it fast.
- Fixed Userpilot integration that will allow us to start creating in-app guides and track product metrics. This will help us improve the user experience.
- We’ve applied several patches and upgrades to our services, keeping our stack up-to-date and secure.
