Customer Success Manager at Keeyns
Ready to shape the future of tax? Keeyns is seeking a Customer Success Manager to be a strategic partner for our clients.

This highly impactful and visible role requires quick learning, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to manage both technical implementations and ongoing customer relationships. What you'll be doing:
- Drive new customer onboarding and implementation, ensuring smooth product setup and efficient time-to-value delivery.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through best practices and configuring the product to meet their unique needs.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with customers post-implementation, driving adoption, engagement, and business growth.
- Help existing customers maximize their value through strategic initiatives, boost engagement, adapt usage to their evolving business, and recommend product improvements.
- Proactively manage account health, identifying expansion opportunities and mitigating risks.
- Conduct recurring customer meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), engaging both individual users and executives.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Development to represent customer needs and advocate for product improvements.
- Work with the team to drive continuous improvements aimed at streamlining the onboarding and implementation processes to enable Keeyns to scale to more customers.
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Technical implementation or onboarding experience, with strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Proven track record of achieving customer retention and growth goals.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, adept at engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Hubspot or other CRM software, and familiarity with other customer success tools/processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced, high-growth team.
- A passion for customer success and a strong desire to exceed customer expectations.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
