    What is the main goal of the customer success team?

    The customer success team consists of implementation managers, customer success managers who maintain long term relationships with customers, and the customer support team. Together this team ensures that clients meet the outcomes they desire through their purchase of KEEYNS

    Why is the implementation process so important?

    A good implementation is important for the following reasons: 1) getting value quickly by having a clear and transp rent plan for customers to follow 2) user adoption needed to drive the envisioned change 3) executing the implementation quickly without requiring allot of external support

    When does the customer success team get involved?

    The customer success team collaborates closely with the sales team while the customer is evaluating KEEYNS. Cust mer success gets involved when the customer reaches the stage of defining the desired outcomes in combination with the desired implementation methodology.

    What are some of the main concerns clients have?

    Most concerns are born from a fear of lack of understanding as to how an implementation is done successfully. 1) Poor experiences with previous implementations with other tools both big and small 2) Clarity on what will be expected of the client (time, people, timelines and other) 3) Discussing and taking decisions on more technical aspects including what to do with historic documents and historic tax filings

    Some of the support measures we have include: 1) Assign a implementation manager who works on the customers local time zone 2) Culture within the customer success team. Every team member knows how to set the required pace to get the project completed. And everyone is always excited to collaborate with customers 3) Our implementation managers speak and understand industry related jargon. Many team members have a tax related background and have had sufficient exposure to the industry

    What is the philosophy of the implementation team?

    It is acting in the way required to get the customer the outcomes they desire and have defined together with the i plementation team. We hire talent that understands the industry, are always curious to explore and learn and for most are a joy to work with.

    What happens when the implementation has been completed?

    Once the implementation has been completed there is a dedicated team of customer cusses managers who are there to connect with you as long as you remain a client of KEEYNS. They are your partner in discussing changes and wishes with regards to your tax technology strategy. Your tax team will grow and evolve and is constantly adjusting to outside pressures and expectations. The corresponding tax strategy and KEEYNS might also have to be adjusted in order to remain aligned. Also the features and modules you want to use over time on the platform may evolve and the customer success managers are there to guide you every step of the way.

    What is the long-term relationship with KEEYNS??

    In our experience initially clients first spend time on onboarding the in-house tax team on the platform and config ring historic data which usually is scattered across the organization and sometimes only exist within specific email conversations. Once this has been tackled they usually start adding all their external advisors and related internal st akeholders to the platform to maximize benefits and increase productivity for all involved. The customer success managers are there to help you through this journey which actually never stops

    How long does the implementation process take?

    The speed of the implementation depends on what the customer primarily wants to accomplish in combination with the modules they want to use. An implantation for a smaller tax team on average takes 2-3 weeks and the implantat on of an enterprise customer can take up to six months.

These calls are a great chance for you to get a feel for the team, get your specific questions answered and see the product in action.

    Demos are always obligation-free and are a far more useful resource than a free trial.

    Pricing and Final step

    Following your demo, your dedicated sales team member will be in touch to discuss pricing. Pricing is calculated based on features set, number of users, and any bespoke integrations. We work with organizations with just a handful of in-house tax specialists up to 10,000 users, so we can certainly find the right price point for your team. After you’ve done initial research, participated in our demo and discussed pricing, we’ll sign a contract we’re all happy with.
