Functional
Updated look & feel
We are pleased to announce the release of our fresh new look and feel to the application, along with enhanced functionality and improvements. We have focused on updating the color scheme and basic elements of the interface, providing a more modern and visually appealing user experience.

With each subsequent sprint, we will progressively update the remaining pages of the application to align with the new design, ensuring a consistent and cohesive user experience throughout the platform.
Enhanced Document Upload Experience
We are excited to introduce our upgraded upload feature, making the process of uploading documents significantly easier and more efficient. With these enhancements, uploading a large number of documents is now a seamless experience, providing you with increased flexibility and productivity.

The new upload popup simplifies the document uploading process, ensuring a more user-friendly experience. Uploading multiple documents is now more convenient and intuitive. The upload process will now run seamlessly in the background. This means you can switch to a different page or continue working within Keeyns while your documents are being uploaded.
To keep you informed throughout the upload process, we have introduced a dynamic upload bar located at the bottom of the screen. This progress bar provides real-time updates on the status of your upload, allowing you to monitor its progress effortlessly.
Enhanced General Information Folders
We have made significant improvements to the document folders (like General Information) within Keeyns, making it easier to manage and share documents that are not specifically assigned to a particular entity or country. Within these folders sharing of corporate documents, instruction manuals, and other materials that are intended for general access across all users which have permission to the folder, can be easily shared.
If you want to create your own folder structure within the General Information folders, simply click on ‘Add folder’ in the action bar to create your personalized folder hierarchy, enabling efficient organization and easy access to relevant documents.
Below the updated upload pop-up for general information pages.

Introducing topics
Our administrators can already spot our first work for this new feature on the registration settings page. We have implemented default tags for each directory, such as “VAT Return” for VAT returns and “CIT Return” for CIT returns. These default tags are now displayed, but in our commitment to meet customer feedback, we are working towards enabling the customization of tags. Soon, you will have the ability to create and assign your own topics to dossiers, giving you greater control over the categorization and organization of files.
The future introduction of topic tags will enhance the dossier overview list, offering you a comprehensive understanding of the files associated with each topic. Suppose you have a yearly Trade Tax dossier and a CIT return for your German entity. The topic tags will allow you to differentiate between the two, providing a clearer overview of the files contained within each dossier. By implementing these topic tags, we aim to improve the efficiency and ease of navigating your dossiers within Keeyns.

Restore deleted dossiers
In addition to being able to restore documents from the trash bin, you can now also restore deleted dossiers. The previously grayed-out button behind a dossier is now enabled, allowing you to effortlessly recover deleted dossiers.
Preview and download documents
We removed the buttons to preview of download documents at the document row. If you click on a document row, you will directly open the preview.
All other functionality can be found under the 3 dots at the end of the row that will become visible when you have your mouse placed on the row.

Bugs
Global country bar
The global country bar on top of the page did not worked properly. We fixed it, so next on filtering on list level, you can now also select a country when you want to check all topics for a specific country and not wanting to filter all lists seperately.
