New look and feel
As part of giving KEEYNS a nicer, more modern look and feel, we’ve replaced all the icons in the application.
Assign users
In the manage organization section of KEEYNS, administrators can (among other things) set up entities and configure (automatic) dossier creation. When setting this up, admins can choose to link one or more workflow(s) to a configuration. Doing so will allow a workflow to be added (and, optionally, automatically started) whenever a dossier is created for a specific period. He/she can also assign users to specific tasks in the workflow(s) in the “Assignments” tab.
Previously, not only the workflows that were linked in the configuration were shown in the “Assignments” tab, but all other workflows too. This was confusing and made the screen a bit full. In this release we’ve modified this so that only the linked workflows are shown.
Dropdown lists
All dropdown lists throughout the app are now searchable, making it easier to find a specific item in the list.
Bugs
- When an admin creates a new workflow, the workflow is now immediately visible in the workflow overview.
- It’s possible to download VAT returns again.
- Several information security upgrades were executed, making KEEYNS even more secure.
