As previously mentioned, we have been working on the new design for the Keeyns layout. We have already implemented some minor changes in recent sprints, but the changes for the general information pages in this sprint (see below), are already a bit more substantial. In the upcoming release, we will be making significant alterations to the color and layout.
To ensure that everyone is informed in a timely manner about the upcoming changes, we will be sending an email to all Portal Administrators. We kindly request that they pass on this information to all users so that everyone is aware of the impending changes.

New UX design for the document/ general information pages
Our document/general information pages have undergone a layout update. If you have multiple folders, they will now appear in a sub-menu located next to the standard Keeyns menu. By selecting a folder from the sub-menu, you can edit the folder’s name (indicated by the pencil icon) or delete the folder (indicated by the bin icon) using the Action bar.
Furthermore, documents that have not been assigned to an entity will be identifiable by the “None” flag.
Improved entity filter
When introduced, the field of the entity filter was quite narrow. Therefore only the first part of a large entity name was visible. We have expanded the field to allow a broader display of the entity names. Additionally, we have removed the country flags from the filter as they were causing confusion for users.
Manage dossier & workflows does no longer show the offset picker for monthly periods
The offset picker will no longer be shown when you select a monthly period.
We removed … behind some buttons
We removed a lot of dots behind buttons. Only the view more… button in the notification popup was lucky enough to remain his dots.
Black headers
We have bid farewell to our orange headers and have switched to black headers.

Bugs
Changing default workflows did not worked properly
We fixed the small problem when changing the default Keeyns workflows.
Adding deadlines for the last day of the month caused an error
Unfortunately we introduced this bug in our last release. It’s fixed now.
Manually starting a dossier for fiscal years did not work
And also this one is fixed.
