Functional
Redesigned dossier page
We’re very excited to finally bring our redesigned dossier page to you! We’ve been working on this for a long time and have made the page a lot more clean and future proof. Already, we’ve added an audit trail (next paragraph) to it and you can expect us to add more useful features in the future. Check out our video demo of the redesigned dossier page:

Audit trail
On the new dossier page, we now have a fully functional audit trail. It’s a feed that shows all the actions that have been performed on the dossier, including when and by whom. So, do you miss a file and want to know who removed it? Has a deadline been changed? You’ll be able to easily find who did it and when it happened.
Task overview
We’ve received great feedback about the “My active tasks” widget that was released a few weeks ago. However, some of you also want to be able to view other users’ tasks. This release, we’re introducing the “Task overview”, which contains all the active tasks in the portal. Of course, you can only see tasks for directories and registrations that you have permissions for. With familiar filtering and sorting options you can easily find tasks for a specific registration or user.
Screen real estate
The usage of available screen real estate was improved. This means that we’re able to fit more content onto pages, making everything less cluttered and more clean. This is especially noticeable in the general information directories.
We’ve also decreased the size of the directory tiles to create more space on the homepage. This gives the “My active tasks” widget (and widgets that we’ll add in the future) a more prominent position on the page.
Questions & feedback
We hope you’re as excited about this release as we are. If you have any questions, feedback or suggestions; support@keeyns.com is where to find us!
Bugs
- Users without permission to change workflow deadlines or skip tasks are now unable to see this functionality.
- We solved an issue with linking files to registrations and periods when uploading to a general information folder.
- The “my active tasks” widget we introduced in previous release was not taking the country filter into account.
- We implemented a number of security and performance enhancements.
