New homepage design
A new look and feel for the KEEYNS homepage was implemented for all users. The new design looks better and makes it easier to distinguish between directories.
We’ve added support for the manual creation of dossiers with “Topics”. This means that it’s possible to add multiple dossiers for a specific registration/period combination. Note that the creation of dossiers with a special topic is only possible for directories for which topics have been configured by the KEEYNS team.
In case a directory contains dossiers with special topics, the topics of these dossiers will be displayed right next to the period of that dossier.
When configuring dossiers and workflows in the manage entities feature, admins can assign users to workflow steps. As of this release, admins are shown a warning when they forget to assign a user to every step of a workflow. This will prevent delays and missed deadlines.
Another improvement made to this feature is that, when selecting (a) default KEEYNS workflow(s), we now display the actual name(s) of that/those workflow(s).
Automatic dossier creation
It’s now possible for admins to configure automatic periodic creation of dossiers for Withholding tax, Annual reports, Comment letters and Stamp tax returns.
- Upgrades to our database have significantly improved the performance of KEEYNS.
- It’s no longer possible for a user to manually create dossiers for registrations/directories that haven’t been configured by an admin.
