Functional
Updated dossier overview page
The dossier overview page has been updated to align with our new design. The list of dossiers now has an ‘infinite scroll’ feature and updated filters to help you find a specific dossier quickly.
There are various filters available to help you sort through the dossier list. You can find these filters located above the list. Additionally, there is a new country filter located next to the global country bar in the top right corner of the screen. This allows you to narrow down the dossier list to a specific country. If you want to maintain the same country filter across different tax topics, you can still use the main country bar. Furthermore, we have introduced a new entity filter which enables you to filter the list based on a specific entity, making it even easier to search through the dossier lists.
The ‘create new dossier’-button has also been moved to the action bar.

Notifications integration
Notifications are now linked to the dossier list, allowing you to see which dossiers have active notifications. The notification bell will be shown at the end of the row. See the second row in the image above. The bell will disappear from the dossier list when all notifications with regard to this dossier have been marked ‘as read’ in your notification pop-up.
Manage entities and registration details
The manage entities and registration details screens have been updated to differentiate between green circles (specific dossier periods selected) and green check marks (automatic dossier creation).

Registration settings with new functionality and layout
We have revamped the registration settings, separating country specifics on the first tab called ‘Conditions and Permits’. Dossier periods and workflows can now be found on the second tab ‘Workflows & Dossiers’. The third tab ‘Assignments’ is dedicated to assigning users to workflow steps. The fourth tab ‘Tax Engine’ remains unchanged.
We have introduced a major update to ‘workflows & dossier periods’, allowing for greater flexibility when selecting periods and workflows. Users can now start multiple workflows for one period and select which dossiers and workflows should be started automatically.

On the top of the screen, users can see ‘Periods for Filing’. When starting a new registration, clicking on ‘Load Defaults’ (1) will show default periods, and if available, combined with Keeyns default workflows. If you need several periods, it is now possible to indicate per period whether this file should be started automatically or not (2).
Users can replace default workflow with a preferred one by hovering over the ‘chain’ and clicking ‘+ Click to add new workflow’ (3). Removing a period is possible with the trash bin icon at the end of the row (5).
We also expanded the options for selecting periods beyond legally available periods for a specific tax topic. So next to the default periods it is now possible to select every available period with ‘click to add a custom period’ (4). We have more updates are in store for this screen to make it more user-friendly and to provide better insight into legal knowledge related to country-specific mandatory filing periods and deadlines.
Customized Permissions
You can now request personalized roles with specific permissions for your users by contacting support@keeyns.com. We are also working on allowing you to create your own roles by the end of the year.
Portal Owner permission restrictions
Portal owners without any other assigned roles can no longer download or view documents. If you need access to documents, make sure to be assigned to a specific role or tax topic. If you are allowed to see all documents in your portal, the easiest way to get access is to assign yourself to a global role with sufficient permissions.
Updated comment statistics
We have updated the statistic page for portal owners, now showing comment statistics: the number of comments on workflow level and the number of comments placed under discussions.
Insight into permissions for inactive registration
We have made it possible for users to look at all entities, including inactive ones. The list defaults to ‘All Active Entities’, but with the addition of ‘All Entities’, users can now see permissions for entities that are no longer active.
Bug
Back button for dossiers
We have resolved an issue where opening a dossier required two ‘back’ presses to go back to the dossier overview list. You now only need to press the back button of your browser once to go back to the dossier overview list.
