Hop on board the Keeyns TAX-E
Welcome to our TAX-E. In this video series we will sit down with tax leaders and industry experts to talk about their experience in tax, the future of the profession, and their experience with the Keeyns.
In this series we had our first chat with Frank Peeters, Tax Manager at the Stichd. Frank has an extensive background in tax leadership with previous roles at the international shipping automation platform Sendcloud but also at BrandLoyalty. A well-known company specialised in creating loyalty campaigns for high-frequency retailers. Frank sat down with our very own Ruben van Aarle, co-founder and CEO of Keeyns.
Stichd is a Netherlands-based company specialised in licensed fashion essentials, including bodywear, legwear, and swimwear. As part of the PUMA Group, Stichd designs, produces, and distributes high-quality products for a portfolio of global A-list brands on an international scale. The company collaborates with several renowned brands like Puma and Levi's, and is involved in designing, marketing, and distributing licensed products for F1, Manchester City and others.
Stichd in numbers:
For this TAX-E ride Ruben picked up Frank from Stichd's head office in Den Bosch. Discover Stichd's journey to better tax compliance and the challenges they're facing in managing 50+ VAT registrations, global advisors, and a constant stream of tax deadlines. Their team of tax specialists moved from manual Excel processes into optimized collaboration across internal and external tax specialists.
Before Keeyns, Stichd tracked every VAT filing, payment, and tax workflows in an overview of spreadsheets. “Excel is great—until it isn’t,” Frank laughs. Deadlines hid in tabs, audit trails vanished when colleagues left, and management had limited visibility this can lead into €100k-level penalty risks.
Keeyns’ tax collaboration software flipped the script by bringing people, processes, and documents onto one cloud platform.
Global trade means local quirks, i.e. Saudi e-invoicing today, Italian pre-filled VAT tomorrow. Stichd relies on local consultants to navigate the nuances. With Keeyns, those advisors become part of the same workflow: they receive tasks, upload returns, and can’t close the loop until everything is signed off.
Result? Less manual checklists, more control. Frank adds: “In terms of efficiency, it has really improved. That's something we can fairly say."
Keeyns’ dashboard translates tax complexity into business language: traffic-light status for every entity, upcoming cash-outflows, and cumulative penalty risk. For a company backed by Puma, that transparency is critical.
Beyond insight, the platform delivers hard savings:
TAX-E isn’t just a fun content format; it mirrors Keeyns’ DNA—put the spotlight on the people behind tax. Each ride surfaces our companies hurdles and victories, helping peers benchmark their own journey. If you’re grappling with spreadsheet overload, growing compliance, and shrinking capacity, Frank’s story offers proof there’s a better lane to drive in.
Whether you manage two entities or two hundred, Keeyns’ tax collaboration poftware centralises workflows, engages stakeholders, and gives leadership the clarity it craves—without another multi-year IT project
