Customer Success Manager (CSM)

Yearly EUR 40 billion of fines are issued for late filing or payment of taxes globally. As a Customer Success Managers at Keeyns you can make a real impact. If our customers adopt our tax collaboration platform correctly, they will never be fined again.

In a nutshell

The Keeyns platform is about collaboration between internal tax divisions and external tax consultants. You support them with implementing our workflows and assigning roles, tasks, and deadlines. The goal is that the entire tax team adopts Keeyns as the one way of work in their tax filing processes, which will result in zero tax fines, a happy CFO, and a long-lasting partnership.

As a Customer Success Manager, you actively contribute to Keeyns’ growth. You will play a key role in launching Keeyns within our customers, onboard the users and drive engagement. After the initial user onboarding phase your attention moves to analyzing and reporting to the key stakeholders on a quarterly base.

For our Dutch customers you will combine F2F visits with Teams meetings. Often our customers have international divisions as well, with whom you mostly connect via Teams meetings. You are digital savvy and keen to work with Hubspot. You are an outgoing professional, energetic, positive, and fun to work with.

You will be working closely together with our Country Director as we are setting up the Customer Success Team in the Benelux. Furthermore, you work with a diverse and international commercial team (marketing, sales, and customer success) to ensure the best possible customer journey. With our unique product, you are contributing to building the best and most successful Tax Collaboration platform available. It is something our clients like Action, Puma, WeTransfer and Valentino believe in.

Getting things done

✔ Build relationships as a trusted advisor with counterparts on a senior level.
✔ Establish engagement amongst the tax teams who use the platform.
✔ Supporting customers in their (international) roll out of the platform.
✔ Identify and develop strategies to improve the implementation process.
✔ Advise our tech team in improving the platform with new features and tooling.
✔ Contribute to improving the analytics and reporting process towards customers.
✔Bringing in contract renewals and extensions.
✔ Organization of evaluation meetings with key stakeholder, managing expectations and reviewing results based on defined objectives.
✔ Developing concrete results and success stories and share these with your colleagues and other organizations.

You will work with a dedicated team of colleagues that wants to revolutionize the industry with tax technology. You’ll report to the country director and work closely with marketing and sales and customer success colleagues, as well as with the Product Owner. ✔ You’ve 5+ years’ experience in Customer Success Mgt, ideally in the SaaS industry.
✔Higher Educational degree; a tax background is a pro but isn’t mandatory.
✔ You have analytical skills and you are a proactive communicator
✔ Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills in your native language and in business English
