About Us 

At Keeyns, we are transforming the way companies approach tax compliance. Our innovative SaaS platform enables multinational organizations to gain full visibility and control over their tax processes, helping them manage risk, drive efficiency, and ensure compliance. 

We're growing fast, and we’re looking for a strategic, hands-on B2B marketing manager to help scale our brand along with a dedicated in-house marketing team. If you’re excited about driving impact in a tech scale-up and working along with our in-house marketing and sales specilalists then we’d love to talk. 

Your Role

As B2B marketing manager, you will take ownership of Keeyns’ marketing strategy and execution. You’ll be responsible for our online and offline marketing channels, contributing to increasing the brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting the sales pipeline. 

This is a high-impact role with room to grow. You’ll have the opportunity to lay the foundations for a strong marketing function. 

You’re responsibilities:

• Crafting and executing a marketing strategy that aligns with the company goals 
• Leading and helping the marketing team (3FTE) for all of our GTM plans  
• Managing and synchronizing marketing campaigns 
• Align closely with Sales and Product teams to ensure consistency and impact across the full customer journey. 
• Build and run demand-generation campaigns using account-based marketing (ABM) and automation tools. 
• Reporting on marketing activities and outcomes to refine plans and maximize return on investment 
• Developing a top-notch Sales Enablement toolkit 
• You’ll be the owner of the marketing budget.

What you bring

Must Have:

• Proven experience in strategic B2B marketing. Ideally within SaaS, software, FinTech, or a similar complex tech environment. 
• Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools 
• Leadership and project management abilities to oversee all marketing activities 
• Ability to translate technical solutions into customer-focused messaging and value propositions. 
• Strong experience in demand generation, lead nurturing, and go-to-market planning. 
• Experience with Hubspot or other CRM software, and familiarity with other customer success tools/processes.
• Strong analytical skills to measure marketing impact and ROI 
• Experience with customer segmentation and targeting 
• Excellent communication skills for crafting compelling messages

• Previous marketing agency experience
